Stop walking. Moving makes it harder for both of you. Then work through these steps.

Right now
- Stand still somewhere visible, near the exit you came out of.
- Connect to the airport Wi-Fi if you have no signal.
- Tell your greeter which exit or door you're at.
If you have a Greet link
- Tap I can't find my greeter. Their name board lights up.
- Open the finding arrow and walk the way it points.
- Look for the board flashing.
If nothing works
Go to the information desk and ask them to call or page your driver. Keep the booking details handy.

Use airport Wi-Fi. If you opened your Greet link before, the meeting point is still on your screen.
My driver isn't answering.
Stay at the meeting point for 15 minutes before moving, then contact the booking company.
I came out of the wrong exit.
Tell your greeter the exit number and stay put. They'll come to you.
