Privacy
Arigreet helps two people find each other at an airport. We collect as little as that needs, keep it only as long as it’s useful, and never sell it.

Who is responsible
Arigreet is run by the operator of arigreet.com. For anything about your data, write to hello@arigreet.com.
What we collect
If you create Greets (the greeter)
- Your name, email and a scrambled version of your password.
- What you add to your profile: photo, company, phone, saved vehicles.
- Each Greet you create: the passenger’s name and any phone, email or photo you add, the flight, airport, time and meeting point.
If you open a Greet link (the passenger)
- No account and no email. The link is your key.
- The taps you make, such as “I’ve landed” and “I’m ready”, and anything you choose to add so you can be recognised.
Location, for both
- Only after you tap I’m Ready (passenger) or Find (greeter) and allow it on your phone.
- Only shared with the other person on that Greet.
- Deleted the moment you stop sharing, the meeting is confirmed, or the Greet is cancelled or expires. We don’t keep a history of where you’ve been.
Technical
- If you turn on alerts, the push address your phone gives us.
- Flight numbers are looked up with a flight data provider to show arrival times. No personal details are sent.
- Your phone keeps a small copy of your pickup so it still works with no signal. It’s removed when the Greet ends.
Why we use it
To run the pickup you asked for: show the details, tell each person what the other is doing, and help you find each other. Location is only used with your permission, which you can withdraw at any time.
Who sees it
- The two people on a Greet see that Greet’s details. Nobody else does.
- Our hosting, email and map providers process data only to run the service.
- We don’t sell data, show ads, or share it for marketing.
How long we keep it
- Live location: until the Greet ends, then deleted.
- A finished, cancelled or expired Greet: deleted automatically 30 days later.
- Your account: until you delete it. Profile → Delete account removes it and every Greet you created.
Your rights
Under the GDPR you can ask to see, correct, export or delete your data, or object to how we use it. Write to hello@arigreet.com. You can also complain to your data protection authority (in Greece, the Hellenic Data Protection Authority).
Children
Accounts are for people 16 and over. A child can open a Greet link sent by a parent or carer.
Changes
If this changes in a way that matters, we’ll say so in the app before it applies.
See you at Arrivals.
Your next pickup takes one minute to set up.
